Resolution
The quality of the image given in either pixels (e.g. 1024x768) or megapixels (e.g. 1 megapixel).
dpi
Dots per inch defines the printers resolution - as a rule of thumb, the higher this is, the better.
Megapixel
One megapixel is equal to one million pixels. You would use this to measure resolution.
Bleed
This means that an image is printed right up to the edge of the paper.
